Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Hand / Labourer to join a busy and supportive team based in Rockhampton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with general labouring duties, site maintenance and equipment handling
  • Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Supporting production teams and trades personnel as required
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
  • Completing MIG and TIG welding tasks when required
  • Following all workplace health and safety procedures
  • Contributing positively to a team-focused work environment


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a labouring, manufacturing, construction or similar hands-on role
  • MIG and TIG welding experience
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • The ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding tasks
  • A commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work locally in Rockhampton
